Shipping:

Shipping within Germany: Take advantage of free shipping within Germany! Our handmade products are processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. For expedited delivery, we also offer DHL shipping options for a nominal fee.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Your international order will be processed within 7-10 business days and then shipped with UPS International 48H delivery. Please note, there is a nominal fee of €20 for international shipping.

Countries We Cannot Deliver To: Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to India, New Zealand, and South Africa at this time. However, we are actively working to expand our service to these countries soon.

Return:

Returns: At Evyinit, ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase is our priority. Therefore, we extend the opportunity for you to return products within 14 days of receipt should you find them unsatisfactory.

Return Conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  • The buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping costs.
  • Proof of shipment and goods receipt at our warehouse is required.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate your return and receive detailed instructions.
  2. Ensure products are unused and in their original condition, including all packaging materials and labels.
  3. Securely package the items for return shipping.
  4. Send the products to the address provided by our customer service.
  5. Retain your shipping receipt for record-keeping purposes.

Refund:

Upon receiving and verifying the returned items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
